4. Hotel Stay Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID are required at check-in.

Room Occupancy

• Maximum room occupancy is strictly enforced for safety reasons.
• Additional guests beyond the stated maximum will result in additional charges or may require booking an additional room.

Noise and Disturbances

• A quiet hours policy is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Excessive noise or disturbances affecting other guests may result in warnings or eviction without refund.

Personal Property

• Klunira Casino Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property in guest rooms or public areas.
• In-room safes are provided for securing valuables.
• Items left behind may be retrieved through our lost and found department for up to 90 days.

5. Payment Policy

• An authorization hold for incidentals will be placed on your credit card at check-in.

6. Reservations

Guarantee

No-Shows

• Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a no-show charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
• Your entire reservation may be cancelled for no-shows.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or stay.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, acts of terrorism, or utility disruptions.
• Claims for damaged or lost property must be reported within 24 hours of discovery.

8. User Conduct

We expect all guests to conduct themselves appropriately while on our property:

• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff or other guests is prohibited.
• Possession of weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
• Property damage or theft will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.
• Engaging in any illegal activity on the premises is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Failure to comply with staff instructions regarding safety or security matters may result in eviction.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and Klunira Casino Hotel:

• We encourage guests to bring concerns to our attention immediately so we can address them promptly.
• Any dispute or claim arising out of your stay or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• The arbitration shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• The laws of the State of Nevada shall govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them.
